About the role

For this reason, we are looking to add Caregivers to our residential centers in Madrid Centro, who share our vocation for care and companionship, contributing to the physical and emotional well-being of older people.

What will your mission be?

Provide comprehensive care to residents, accompanying them with respect, empathy and closeness in their day-to-day lives. Their work is essential to guarantee the comfort, health and dignity of older people, working closely with the center's healthcare and multidisciplinary team.

What you'll do

  • Care for, accompany and assist residents in their daily activities, always seeking their physical, emotional and social well-being.
  • Collaborate in the development and support of therapies, following the instructions of healthcare staff and the direct care team.
  • Serve and assist with breakfasts, afternoon snacks and other meals, as well as keep residents' personal belongings clean and in good condition.
  • Accompany residents on walks and activities, and help them when going to bed or getting up, especially those with reduced mobility.
  • Perform residents' personal hygiene.
  • Carry out the necessary mobilizations to promote comfort and prevent complications arising from immobility.
  • Report any incident or change in the resident's condition to the nursing or supervision team.
