Laboratory Computerized Systems Manager

Within the QA Systems Product department, the responsibility is to implement and maintain systems that ensure GMP compliance for products and processes (APQRs, CSV&C, review and approval of documents and master data...).

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute system-related tasks. For example:

  - Documentation and maintenance of the system architecture throughout its life cycle.

  - Documentary review of application administration processes (AAP).

  - Execution, verification, and checking of the data back-up system (PBA) and the recovery procedure (PRE).

  - Verification and checking of system image copies.

  - Management of system changes, including all components:

• Operating system updates.

• Antivirus updates.

• Data control system updates.

• Perform the administrator function for said computerized systems (maintenance and monitoring):

  - User administration in the system (execution of additions, removals, modifications).

  - Time changes.

  - Periodic password changes on equipment without logical security.

  - Review of the administrative audit trail.

  - Review of system monitoring.

  - Incident resolution.

Profile and Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent degree.
• More than 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (desired areas: IT and/or laboratories).
