What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent training.
  • Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, electrical sector, or railway sector.
  • High level of English (C1). A second language is valuable.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Availability for national and international geographic mobility.
  • Leadership skills, team coordination, cross-functional work, risk analysis, and continuous improvement orientation.
  • Communication skills and liaison with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and external agencies.

Your mission

  • Implement CAF T&E's occupational risk prevention policy and system in EPC projects, ensuring compliance and continuous evolution.
  • Coordinate Safety, Health, and Environmental activities during project development.
  • Ensure the correct application of legal and corporate requirements in HSE matters.
  • Monitor activities carried out by own personnel and subcontractors, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze accidents and incidents, promoting corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement processes of the management system.
  • Coordinate preventive activity with the different agents involved in the projects.
  • Promote a solid preventive culture through awareness and training actions.
  • Support project teams to achieve the safety, health, and environmental objectives set by the organization.
