What are we looking for?

We want to add a First-Class Multiskilled Worker to the team to carry out maintenance at one of our client's facilities located in Hortaleza and Chamartín.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

Maintenance in the electrical area, both preventive and corrective.

You are the ideal person if you bring…

-Previous experience in carrying out comprehensive maintenance in public-access buildings.

We offer:

- Contract to cover a long-term sick leave.

- Salary according to the metal industry collective agreement: €23,312 gross/year.

- 40h/week from Monday to Friday.

- Working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Mon, Wed and Fri in the Chamartín district. Tue and Thu in the Hortaleza district).

¿Qué buscamos?

Queremos sumar al equipo un/a Oficial 1ª Polivalente para realizar mantenimiento en las instalaciones de uno de nuestros clientes ubicadas en Hortaleza y Chamartín.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

Mantenimiento en el área de la electricidad, tanto preventivos como correctivos.

Eres la persona ideal si aportas….

-Experiencia previa en la realización de mantenimiento integral en edificios de pública concurrencia.

Ofrecemos:

- Contrato por sustitución de baja IT de larga duración.

- Salario según convenio metal: 23.312 b/año.

- Jornada de 40h/semana de L a V.

- Horario de 8:00 a 17:00 horas (L, X y V distrito Chamartín. M y J distrito Hortaleza).
