What are we looking for?

We want to add a Project Manager Engineer to the team:

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

- Ensure the execution of processes in the most efficient way possible.

- Direct and supervise operations staff to align workshop personnel at all levels: communicate expectations, motivate them to meet organisational goals and foster maximum performance of the workforce to meet production and delivery targets on time.

- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and regulations. 

You are the ideal person if you bring...

• Engineering degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position

¿Qué buscamos?

Queremos sumar al equipo un/a a un/a Ingeniero/a gestor de proyectos:

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

- Garantizar la ejecución de los procesos de la manera más eficiente posible.

- Dirigir y supervisar al personal de operaciones para alinear en todos los niveles al personal del taller: comunicar expectativas, motivar a que se cumplan los objetivos organizacionales y fomentar el máximo rendimiento de la plantilla para cumplir con los objetivos de producción y entrega de manera puntual.

- Velar por el cumplimiento de la legislación y normativa aplicable. 

Eres la persona ideal si aportas….

• Formación en Ingeniería.
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en posición similar
