Head of Decoration and Self-Service (ARINAGA)

Right now, reporting directly to the store manager, we are looking for you to fill the position of HEAD OF DECORATION AND SELF-SERVICE SECTION, for our store in ARINAGA - LAS PALMAS DE GRAN CANARIA (CANARY ISLANDS).

The duties you will carry out with us are:

- Optimize merchandising and commercial activity.

- Control the quantity and quality of stock in the store.

- Ensure the results defined by the company.

- Motivate, lead, train, and inform the team.

- Ensure the best customer experience.

- Listen to, detect, and address your customers' needs.

- Follow up on the project so that the established relationship is a total win-win.

- And… achieve the established sales targets!

- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the retail sector as a Section Head.

- Be an optimistic person with great communication and listening skills.

- With the ability to lead a team of people, resourceful and results-oriented, passionate about sales.

- Essential availability to work full-time with split shifts from Monday to Saturday, and on Sundays and holidays established by each Community, respecting the two weekly rest days set out in the collective bargaining agreement.

Ahora mismo y, reportando directamente al director de tienda, te buscamos para cubrir la posición de JEFE/A DE SECCIÓN DE DECORACIÓN Y LIBRE SERVICIO, para nuestra tienda de ARINAGA - LAS PALMAS DE GRAN CANARIA (ISLAS CANARIAS).

Las funciones que llevarás a cabo con nosotros son:

- Optimizar el merchandising y la actividad comercial.

- Controlar la cantidad y la calidad de stocks en la tienda.

- Asegurar los resultados definidos por la compañía.

- Motivar, liderar, formar e informar al equipo.

- Asegurar la mejor experiencia del cliente.

- Escuchar, detectar y atender las necesidades de tus clientes.

- Llevar el seguimiento del proyecto para que la relación establecida sea un win-win total.

- y… ¡conseguir los objetivos de venta establecidos!

- Tener una experiencia mínima de 2 años en el sector del retail como Jefe/a de Sector.

- Ser una persona optimista con gran capacidad de comunicación y escucha.

- Con capacidad de liderar un equipo de personas, resolutiva y con orientación a la consecución de resultados, un/a apasionado/a de las ventas.

- Imprescindible disponibilidad para trabajar jornada completa en horario partido de lunes a sábado, y los domingos y festivos establecidos por cada Comunidad, respetándose los dos días de descanso semanal establecido en convenio colectivo.
