As a manager in training, we offer you a permanent, full-time contract.

Decathlon supports you in your continuous learning. You will begin your specialised training in one of our Circularity Workshops, in an environment that invites you to make decisions every day and where making mistakes is also part of the process.

We support you in your development and career plan: after your training period, you will take the leap to lead a circularity and workshop project in one of our stores, always promoting internal promotion and equal opportunities.

An athlete who incorporates sport as a regular habit.

Interest or skills in technique, mechanics, equipment repair or DIY (previous experience in workshops or technical services is valued).

Sensitivity towards sustainability, the circular economy and the second life of products.

Full availability of working hours.

Availability on weekends.

University degree or higher vocational training qualification.

Geographic mobility.

Interés o habilidades en técnica, mecánica, reparación de material o bricolaje (valorable experiencia previa en talleres o servicios técnicos).
