At Deloitte, a leading professional services firm nationally and internationally, we are looking for

a senior professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital transformation programs and change resistance management. The person will be responsible for co-designing and implementing change strategies that maximize the adoption of new digital solutions, aligning stakeholders and ensuring the sustainability of change in complex organizations.

Hiring will be via a hybrid teleworking model in Seville, Aragon, or Galicia. Fluent communication in English is essential, as our projects are international.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Co-design and implement change management strategies and plans tailored to digital transformation initiatives.
• Identify, analyze, and manage resistance to change, developing mitigation tactics and support programs.
• Perform stakeholder analysis and develop communication and engagement plans aimed at diverse audiences.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and co-creation activities with teams and middle management.
• Measure adoption and the impact of change through KPIs (e.g., adoption levels, user satisfaction, reduction of change-related incidents).
• Collaborate with technical, product, and business teams to align objectives and ensure the integration of change into processes and tools.
• Support the preparation of communication and training materials, including guides, FAQs, and materials for sponsoring leaders.
• Capture lessons learned and feed the best practices repository for future transformations.
