• University degree or equivalent in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a similar field (preferred)   
• An official master's degree in related areas such as an MBA, a Master's in Digital Transformation, or a Master's related to Data Governance is valued.
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in Operations Consulting, Public Sector Consulting, or working on technology or digital transformation projects, as well as in implementing technology solutions.
• High English level.

• Grado Universitario o equivalente en Ingeniería, Telecomunicaciones o similar (preferiblemente)   
• Valorable máster oficial en áreas relacionadas con MBA, Máster en Transformación Digital o Máster relacionados con Gobierno del Dato. 
• Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en Consultoría de Operaciones, Consultoría de Sector Público o trabajando en proyectos tecnológicos o transformación digital, así como de implementaciones de soluciones tecnológicas.
• Nivel de inglés alto.
