Design, evaluate, and execute storage architectures and migrations from on-premises environments to AWS, ensuring performance, security, cost optimization, and alignment with cloud best practices.

Main duties

• Design of hybrid and cloud-native storage architectures in AWS.
• Mapping on-premises storage to AWS services (FSx ONTAP, EBS, S3).
• Execution of storage assessments and migration readiness reviews.
• Analysis of capacity, IOPS, throughput, and latency.
• Definition and execution of phased migration strategies.
• Implementation of migration and replication tools.
• Optimization through tiering, compression, and deduplication.
• Collaboration with platform, network, and security teams.

• AWS certifications (Associate/Professional) or NetApp.
• Experience in hybrid environments and large-scale migrations.
