About the role

At Dia we want to hire two ADMINISTRATION CLERKS at the ZARAGOZA BRANCH OFFICE. The selected candidates will join the HR AND ADMINISTRATION team with the aim of providing support to the entire administration area.

What you'll do

Their duties will be as follows:

  • Thoroughly check the anti-theft material elements.

  • Check the correct recording of returns (shrinkage, breakages, etc.).

  • Audit compliance with processes relating to unknown loss.

  • Placing orders with external suppliers.

  • Control of invoices and collections from franchises.

  • Control of corrections, returns, self-consumption and transfers within the store network.

  • Daily sales reconciliation and monthly closing.
