The role

What you'll do

Supervision and coordination of the day-to-day operations of several locations.
Leadership and direct follow-up of Head Waiters / Head Chefs / Center Managers.
Ensure compliance with quality, service and brand standards in all establishments.
Control and optimization of costs, ratios, productivity and results.
Organization of shifts, support in staff planning and coverage of operational needs.
Analysis of incidents and resolution of operational problems.
Coordination with the kitchen, management and other departments of the group.
Implementation of procedures, operational improvements and best practices.
Training, motivation and support of the service teams and managers.

What are we looking for?

A leader, organized, resourceful and communicative person, with a clear focus on results and the customer.
Minimum 2 years of experience in management positions in hospitality (Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager, Area Manager or similar).
Demonstrable experience in managing several teams and/or several locations.
Analytical skills, decision-making and ability to work under pressure.
High commitment, overall business vision and a continuous improvement mindset.
Strong command of office software.
Experience in hospitality.
Availability and transport to travel between the different centers.
