About the role

Grupo Dia is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for the Administration Department at the new León Logistics Center, located in the Villadangos del Páramo industrial estate.

The selected person will join the Administration team with the aim of managing tasks related to invoicing and accounting control for a branch, as well as managing General Services.

What you'll do

Your duties will be:

Control of unknown loss in stores, conducting on-site audits. Therefore, availability to travel to the stores of the Castilla-León and Asturias branch is essential.

Managing SAP and AS400 invoicing

Posting invoices (SAP and Process Director)

Managing payments to be made by franchisees

Entering and maintaining stores and third parties (franchisees and concessionaires) in AS400 and SAP

Managing debt, administrative handling of franchise changes, and managing guarantees

Handling and resolving invoicing issues

What we're looking for

Completed education: High school diploma / Vocational training

Minimum 1 year of experience performing functions related to billing and accounting in a retail sector company.

Advanced level in the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, and Google Slides.

Knowledge of S400 and SAP at an intermediate/advanced level.
