Job description

Adecco Selección is looking to bring on a Plant Operations Supervisor for an industrial plant in the waste/recycling sector located in Valladolid, to work weekends and holidays under a 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of a 6-month extension.

Duties

Reporting directly to the General Supervisors, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

-Start-up and shutdown of machines, treatment lines, and plant equipment.

-Support in the supervision, organization, and planning of the plant's daily activity.

-Organization, control, and on-site supervision of operational staff.

-Shift planning and preparation of work and personnel reports.

-Monitoring operations from the control room, with direct intervention in the plant when necessary.

-Collection of production data and preparation of technical reports.

-Monitoring the proper operation of equipment, belt start-ups, detection of anomalies, pre-blockages, and blockages.

-Identification of incidents and coordination with maintenance for their resolution.

-Ensuring compliance with internal rules, operational procedures, and Health and Safety regulations.

-Distribution and control of PPE for the staff under their charge.

Requirements
