Telecommunications Booth Promoter

We are looking for a booth promoter who will be responsible for ensuring the acquisition of new customers by promoting products and services in order to close sales contracts at the DIGI booths. As well as attending to the incidents reported by customers, actively contributing to their resolution.

Position duties:

- Actively approach and engage customers in the aisle to attract them to the booth.

- Provide personalized attention to customers and prepare quotes.

- Complete sales contracts.

- Promote the brand through advertising materials.

- Contribute to the resolution of incidents reported by customers after the contracting of a product/service, autonomously whenever possible and only otherwise through the Booth Support department.

- Inform the direct supervisor of any problems with installations or dissatisfied customers.

- Inform the direct supervisor of problems/failures in work tools.

- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the booth.

- Complete the attendance report using the designated application for registration.

Buscamos un/a promotor/a de stand que se encargará de asegurar la captación de nuevos clientes mediante la promoción de productos y servicios con el fin de cerrar contratos de venta en los stands DIGI. Así como atender las incidencias que reporten los clientes contribuyendo activamente en su resolución.

Funciones de la posición:

-         Captación activa y abordaje de clientes en el pasillo para atraerlos al stand.

-         Atención de manera personalizada al cliente y elaboración de presupuestos.

-         Realización de contratos de ventas.

-         Dar a conocer la marca a través del material publicitario.

-         Contribuir en la resolución de las incidencias reportadas por clientes tras la contratación de algún producto/servicio, de manera autónoma siempre que sea posible y únicamente en su defecto a través del departamento de Soporte Stand.

-         Informar al responsable directo de posibles problemas con instalaciones o clientes descontentos.

-         Informar al responsable directo de problemas/fallos en las herramientas de trabajo.

-         Mantener la limpieza y orden del stand.

-         Realizar el reporte de presencia utilizando la aplicación designada para el registro del mismo.

-         Especialmente estabilidad y, además: 18,000€ brutos anuales + atractivo paquete de comisiones.
