As Building Maintenance & Security Coordinator for Ebury's new office in León, you will be the point of reference for all technical and office operations.

You will be responsible for transforming newly acquired facilities into a first-class office experience, ensuring that all complex building systems - from energy to advanced climate control - are managed to the highest standards.

You will act as the "Property Representative", ensuring zero downtime for our critical infrastructure. You will be responsible for the long-term value and resilience of the asset, going beyond daily maintenance toward strategic asset management and decarbonization.

You will report directly to the Head of Global Business Services, who will act as the main stakeholder for local infrastructure and employee safety, and you will also have a key local manager: the Ebury León Office Manager. Additionally, you will work closely with the Office Manager in León.

• Facilities and Critical Systems Operations 24/7

  • Responsible for the effective operation of all contracted facility services, specifically managing the BMS (Building Management System), the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system, the AHU (Air Handling Unit), and general building maintenance.

  • Critical Infrastructure Maintenance: Supervising planned and ad hoc maintenance of UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems, electrical panels, and building plumbing to guarantee 100% operational continuity.

• Critical 24/7 Operations and Asset Management

  • Business Continuity and Emergency Response: Establishing and leading a 24/7 technical emergency response protocol to ensure uptime of critical systems, including UPS, server room cooling, and security systems.

  • Advanced Security Oversight: Managing 24/7 security protocols, including multi-zone access control and integrated CCTV monitoring, in coordination with the security system provider.

  • Property Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring 100% compliance with all mandatory inspections (e.g., OCA - Official Quality Control Body, fire safety, legionella, elevator safety) to mitigate legal and operational risks for Ebury.

  • Vendor Management: Managing relationships with key technical vendors (General Maintenance, Elevators, Fire Protection/Security, and Supplies).

• Security and Compliance

  • Duty of Care: Leading health and safety programs with comprehensive office policies and 24/7 shift coverage.

  • Total Compliance: Responsible for ensuring health and safety compliance according to local Spanish regulations, ensuring all mandatory inspections (electrical OCA, fire safety, and elevators) are completed as the property owner.

• Projects and Environment

  • Project Coordination: Leading office moves and project coordination, including the upcoming ground-floor commercial space renovation and the potential installation of rooftop photovoltaic panels.

  • Environmental Oversight: Supervising specialized services, such as building maintenance units (BMU/Gondolas) for facade care, and managing waste disposal and pest control.

• Experience

  • Solid Industry Experience: A minimum of five years managing corporate offices, hotel environments, or complex high-traffic facilities.

  • Zero-Downtime Operations: Documented experience maintaining critical 24/7 facilities, such as trading floors or global offices, where infrastructure resilience is paramount.

• Education and Technical Credentials

  • Technical Education: Vocational training (FP) with a focus on electrical engineering or similar technical disciplines is highly desirable.

• Technical and Systems Proficiency

  • Core Maintenance: Practical competence in general electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC operations.

  • Specialized Infrastructure: Comprehensive understanding of UPS redundancy, electrical load balancing, and RITE (Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas) compliance.

  • Software and Digital Controls: Direct experience using Building Management System (BMS) software for environmental monitoring.

  • Practical Skills: High level of hands-on skill and a strong focus on safety when operating various technical tools.

• Strategic Assets and Technical Documentation

  • Asset Management: Proficiency in managing "as-built" technical records and maintenance histories to preserve long-term asset value and ensure regulatory compliance.

Como Building Maintenance & Security Coordinator para la nueva sede de Ebury en León, serás el punto de referencia para todas las operaciones técnicas y de atención de la oficina.

Serás responsable de transformar unas instalaciones recién adquiridas en una experiencia de oficina de primer nivel, asegurando que todos los sistemas complejos del edificio -desde la energía hasta el control climático avanzado- se gestionen con los más altos estándares.

Actuarás como el "Representante de la Propiedad", garantizando un tiempo de inactividad cero (zero-downtime) para nuestra infraestructura crítica. Serás responsable del valor a largo plazo y la resiliencia del activo, yendo más allá del mantenimiento diario hacia la gestión estratégica de activos y la descarbonización.

Reportarás directamente al Head of Global Business Services, quien actuará como el principal interesado en la infraestructura local y la seguridad de los empleados, y también tendrás un responsable clave a nivel local, el Director de Ebury León. Además, trabajarás en conjunto con el Office Manager de León.

• Operaciones de Instalaciones y Sistemas Críticos 24/7

  • Responsable del funcionamiento eficaz de todos los servicios contratados de las instalaciones, gestionando específicamente el BMS (Sistema de Gestión de Edificios), el sistema de climatización (HVAC), la ventilación (UTA) y el mantenimiento general del edificio.

  • Mantenimiento de Infraestructura Crítica: Supervisar el mantenimiento planificado y ad hoc de los sistemas SAI (Sistemas de Alimentación Ininterrumpida / UPS), los cuadros eléctricos y la fontanería del edificio para garantizar el 100% de la continuidad operativa.

• Operaciones Críticas 24/7 y Gestión de Activos

  • Continuidad del Negocio y Respuesta a Emergencias: Establecer y liderar un protocolo de respuesta a emergencias técnicas 24/7 para garantizar el tiempo de actividad de los sistemas críticos, incluidos los SAI, la refrigeración de la sala de servidores y los sistemas de seguridad.

  • Supervisión Avanzada de Seguridad: Gestionar protocolos de seguridad 24/7, incluido el control de acceso multizona y la monitorización integrada de CCTV en coordinación con el proveedor del sistema de seguridad.

  • Cumplimiento Normativo de la Propiedad: Garantizar el cumplimiento al 100% de todas las inspecciones reglamentarias (OCA, seguridad contra incendios, legionela, seguridad de ascensores) para mitigar los riesgos legales y operativos de Ebury.

  • Gestión de Proveedores: Gestionar las relaciones con los principales proveedores técnicos (Mantenimiento General, Ascensores, Seguridad/Protección contra Incendios y Suministros).

• Seguridad y Cumplimiento

  • Deber de Cuidado (Duty of Care): Liderar los programas de Seguridad y Salud con políticas integrales para la oficina y los turnos de 24/7.

  • Cumplimiento Total: Responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento en materia de Seguridad y Salud de acuerdo con la normativa local española, asegurando que se completen todas las inspecciones obligatorias (OCA eléctrica, seguridad contra incendios y ascensores) como propietario del inmueble.

• Proyectos y Medio Ambiente

  • Coordinación de Proyectos: Liderar las mudanzas y la coordinación de proyectos, incluida la próxima renovación del espacio comercial de la planta baja y la posible instalación de paneles fotovoltaicos en la azotea.

  • Supervisión Ambiental: Supervisar servicios especializados, como las unidades de mantenimiento de edificios (Góndolas/BMU) para el cuidado de la fachada, y supervisar la gestión de residuos y el control de plagas.
