Requirements

What we're looking for

It will be an advantage to hold a degree in Industrial Technical Engineering, a Mid-Level or Higher-Level Vocational Training qualification, or professional training in industrial maintenance or a similar field, although other technical qualifications will also be considered.
At least 3 years of experience in similar roles working in assembly environments with a high level of technical complexity.
Previous experience in the elevator industry or related sectors is highly valued.
Being proactive and staying one step ahead will help you prevent issues and focus on what matters.
Being results-oriented and driven by demanding goals will help you take your skills to the next level.
Holding an Elevator Maintenance Technician Certificate is highly valued.
Driver's license and own vehicle.

What you'll do

Based at our León branch, you will be responsible for the assembly process, ensuring the use of defined assembly methods and tools to achieve the required performance in terms of quality, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
You will carry out the installation of our elevators using the methods established by Schindler to ensure objectives are met.
You will be responsible for achieving performance objectives, including quality and safety policies.
You will report to your supervisor on hours worked and progress updates.
You will maintain communication with the customer to ensure their needs are met.
