Kereis Iberia creates, brokers, manages, and digitalizes personal insurance programs for financial entities and distributors, acting as an integral partner across the entire insurance value chain: from design to claims management.

We are now looking for a student who wants to do their internship at our Barcelona offices and become part of our team. The selected candidate will be part of the IT team.

Tasks

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

- Support in the registration, control, and resolution of user incidents.

- Management of access cards.

- Support in the configuration of new equipment.

- Support in the technical workstation onboarding for new hires.

- Management of users and permissions, both at the OS level (Active Directory) and within proprietary applications.

- Sourcing office materials via suppliers if necessary.

- Control of the office seating map and equipment allocation.

- Support in simple hardware repairs.

- Maintenance of guides and best practices (Sharepoint).

- Internship contract, 35 hours (adaptable to the academic course).

- Financial compensation during the scholarship period: €882 gross/month.
