1 HEAD CHEF:

Functions:

• Organization and management of the kitchen.
• Supervision of the kitchen team.
• Stock control and order management.
• Preparation and supervision of the dishes.
• Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.
  
  Conditions:

2 WAITERS/WAITRESSES

Functions:

• Customer service and attention.
• Taking orders and table service.
• Preparation and clearing of the dining room.
• Cash handling and basic cash register management.
  
  Conditions:

• Previous experience in hospitality is valued.
• Good attitude and customer orientation.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Availability to work split shifts from Tuesday to Sunday.

• Salary: €2,400 gross per month.
• Salary: €1,600 gross per month.

EUR 33,600 per year

• Full-time.
• Split shift:
• 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• 8:00 p.m. to closing
• Full-time.
• Preferably evening shifts (5:00 p.m. to closing), although there is the possibility of negotiating a split shift depending on service needs.

1 JEFE/A DE COCINA:

Funciones:

• Organización y gestión de la cocina.
• Supervisión del equipo de cocina.
• Control de stock y pedidos.
• Elaboración y supervisión de los platos.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.
  
  Condiciones:

2 CAMAREROS/AS

Funciones:

• Atención y servicio al cliente.
• Toma de comandas y servicio de mesas.
• Preparación y recogida de sala.
• Cobro y gestión básica de caja.
  
  Condiciones:

• Experiencia previa en hostelería valorable.
• Buena actitud y orientación al cliente.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
• Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar en turno partido de Martes a Domingo.

• Salario: 2.400 € brutos mensuales.
• Salario: 1.600 € brutos mensuales.

EUR 33,600 per year

• Jornada completa.
• Horario partido:
• 11:00 h a 16:00 h
• 20:00 h a cierre
• Jornada completa.
• Horario preferiblemente de tardes (17:00 h a cierre), aunque existe posibilidad de negociar turno partido según necesidades del servicio.
