As a Waiter - Breakfast Services, you will be a key part of our customer service team, responsible for providing an exceptional experience to our guests from the very first moment of the day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer service: Provide friendly, effective, and professional service to all customers, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to during their stay. The ability to anticipate guests' needs will be essential to create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
• Order taking: Listen carefully to customers' needs and suggest dishes and beverages, taking orders accurately and efficiently. You should be familiar with the menu and breakfast options offered, as well as be able to answer any questions about ingredients and allergens.
• Service preparation: Keep the dining room and service area clean and organized, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and in perfect condition. This includes the proper arrangement of tables, the presentation of products, and the replenishment of supplies during service.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with other members of the dining room and kitchen team, fostering an environment of cooperation and respect that guarantees the best possible service.

Como Camarero - Para servicios de Desayuno, serás una pieza clave en nuestro equipo de atención al cliente, encargado de ofrecer una experiencia excepcional a nuestros huéspedes desde el primer momento del día. Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

• Atención al cliente: Brindar un servicio amable, eficaz y profesional a todos los clientes, asegurando que se sientan bienvenidos y atendidos durante su estancia. La capacidad de anticipar las necesidades de los huéspedes será esencial para crear un ambiente agradable y acogedor.
• Toma de pedidos: Escuchar atentamente las necesidades de los clientes y sugerir platos y bebidas, tomando pedidos de manera precisa y eficiente. Deberás estar familiarizado con el menú y las opciones de desayuno ofrecidas, así como ser capaz de responder a cualquier consulta sobre ingredientes y alérgenos.
• Preparación del servicio: Mantener la sala y el área de servicio limpias y organizadas, asegurando que todo el material necesario esté disponible y en perfectas condiciones. Esto incluye la correcta disposición de las mesas, la presentación de los productos y la reposición de suministros durante el servicio.
• Colaboración con el equipo: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros miembros del equipo de comedor y cocina, fomentando un ambiente de cooperación y respeto que garantice el mejor servicio posible.
