About this opportunity:
Join Ericsson's Real Estate team and support the management of workplaces across multiple business locations. You'll gain exposure to portfolio planning, workplace operations, financial performance, vendor management, and employee experience initiatives while working closely with business stakeholders across the organization.
What you will do:
- Support portfolio management activities and location strategy analysis
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and upcoming workplace needs
- Monitor portfolio and operational performance against budgets and plans
- Support the development and communication of workplace and location strategies
- Contribute to the oversight of physical security and workplace compliance requirements
- Review workplace services and vendor performance, identifying opportunities for service and cost improvements
- Analyze workplace experience feedback and support actions that enhance employee experience
- Support day-to-day workplace and operational activities across the portfolio
