Strong analytical and organizational skills
Comfortable working with data, reporting, and presentations
Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with different stakeholders

Hands-on experience in workplace operations and portfolio management
Exposure to business planning, budgeting, and workplace strategy
Experience working with stakeholders across different functions and countries
Insights into how global organizations manage their workplace and real estate footprint
Learning and development opportunities through meaningful project work
Practical experience in balancing business requirements, employee experience, and operational performance
