Maintenance Manager

From our client, an important hotel located in Corralejo (Fuerteventura), we are looking to hire a 2nd Chief of Maintenance to join the technical team of the establishment.

The selected person will collaborate in the supervision and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks of the facilities, ensuring the proper functioning of the equipment and infrastructure of the hotel.

Your duties will be the following:

• Support the Chief of Maintenance in coordinating the technical team.
• Supervise and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance work.
• Control the condition of the facilities, equipment, and machinery of the hotel.
• Manage incidents and ensure a quick resolution.
• Ensure compliance with established quality and safety standards.
• Among other tasks specific to the job position.

• High school diploma
• Intermediate or advanced vocational training in Maintenance or similar is valued.

• Native Spanish speaker.
• Basic English.

• Direct hiring by the company.
• Established project in a renowned hotel in Corralejo.
• Salary according to collective agreement.
• Immediate start.

• Minimum experience of 1 year as a 2nd Chief of Maintenance in hotels or similar establishments.
• General knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and facility maintenance.
• Organisational, leadership and teamwork skills.
• Availability for immediate start.
• Residence near the workplace is valued.

Desde nuestro cliente/a, importante hotel ubicado en Corralejo (Fuerteventura), buscamos incorporar un/a 2º Jefe/a de Mantenimiento para formar parte del equipo técnico del establecimiento.

La persona seleccionada colaborará en la supervisión y coordinación de las tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las instalaciones, garantizando el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos e infraestructuras del hotel.

Tus funciones serán las siguientes:

• Apoyar al Jefe de Mantenimiento en la coordinación del equipo técnico.
• Supervisar y ejecutar trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
• Controlar el estado de las instalaciones, equipos y maquinaria del hotel.
• Gestionar incidencias y asegurar una rápida resolución de las mismas.
• Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad establecidos.
• Entre otras tareas propias del puesto de trabajo.

• ESO
• Valorable CFGM o CFGS en Mantenimiento o similar.

• Castellano nativo.
• Inglés básico.

• Incorporación directa a empresa.
• Proyecto estable en reconocido hotel de Corralejo.
• Salario según convenio.
• Incorporación inmediata.

• Experiencia mínima de 1 año como 2º Jefe/a de Mantenimiento en hoteles o establecimientos similares.
• Conocimientos generales de electricidad, fontanería, climatización y mantenimiento de instalaciones.
• Capacidad de organización, liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.
• Disponibilidad para incorporación inmediata.
• Valorable residencia cercana al puesto de trabajo.
