What you'll do

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient planning, coordination, and monitoring of both internal and external transport operations, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, current regulations, and quality and safety standards, while contributing to operational continuity. Furthermore, your duties will include the following:

  • Designing and keeping routes and schedules up to date
  • Coordinating with carriers and suppliers, building relationships of trust and collaboration to ensure smooth and safe transport.
  • Monitoring shipments and deliveries, ensuring traceability and anticipating potential issues.
  • Controlling costs, times, and consumption, seeking a balance between operational efficiency and sustainability.
  • Managing incidents and complaints with empathy and rigor, placing the customer and the team at the center of every solution.
  • Keeping records and documentation up to date, ensuring transparency, control, and regulatory compliance.
  • Providing support in audits and internal controls, contributing order, clarity, and a spirit of continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with transport and road safety regulations, protecting the integrity of people and the preservation of goods.
  • Promoting fluid communication with all areas, acting with professionalism, traceability, and a service-oriented approach.
