Metalworker

We need an Operator to work for a company in the metal sector, in the Pla De L'Estany area, and to perform the following functions:

• Keep the washing system operational:
• Check that the trays are operational and ready to use.
• For washing: check fluid levels, check water level. Ensure the temperature is correct and start it up.
• Micron control with the Fischer.
• Transfer the material from the cardboard reel to the steel bobbin.
• Put the material into the dryer.
• Handle the chemicals with all PPE and following the instructions.
• Keep the work area and the treatment plant in optimal condition:
• Check the pH levels of the treatment plant according to the standard procedure.
• Clean the wash station, ensuring compliance with the quarterly and annual protocol.
• Empty the trays for cleaning: water, acid, and degreaser.
• Keep the drums free of scale.
• Empty the treatment plant sludge while checking levels.
• Among other tasks specific to the job position.

• High school diploma

Must speak and write Catalan and Spanish correctly.

• Minimum experience of one year.

Necesitamos un/a Operario/a para trabajar en empresa del sector metal, de la zona del Pla De L'Estany y realizar las siguientes funciones:

• Mantener el sistema de baños operativo:
• Comprobar que las cubetas estén operativas y listas para funcionar.
• Al baño: comprobar los niveles de los líquidos, comprobar el nivel de agua. Asegurarse que la temperatura sea la correcta y poner en marcha.
• Control de Micras con la Fischer.
• Traspasar el material del carrete de cartón a la bobina de estanque.
• Poner el material a la secadora.
• Manipular los químicos con todos los EPI’s y siguiendo con pautas las instrucciones.
• Mantener la zona de trabajo y al depuradora en condiciones óptimas:
• Controlar los niveles de PH de la depuradora siguiendo la mesa reglamentaria.
• Limpiar el baño velando por el seguimiento del protocolo trimestral y anual.
• Vaciar las cubetas a limpiar, agua, ácido y quita grasas.
• Mantener los bombos limpios de cal.
• Vaciar los barros de la depuradora comprobando niveles.
• Entre otras tareas propias del puesto de trabajo.

Catalán y Castellano hablado y escrito correctamente.

• Experiencia mínima un año.
• Buscamos a una persona responsable y con buena actitud.
• Valorable residencia cercana al puesto de trabajo.
