Telecommunications Installer (M/F/X) Permanent Contract

From Nortempo Selección, we accompany a company specialized in the installation and maintenance of telecommunications systems in infrastructures in their talent search. We are looking to hire 1 Telecommunications Installation Technician (M/F/X) with experience and a desire to grow professionally.

• Installation and maintenance of HVAC equipment in shelters and towers.

• Diagnosis and resolution of incidents in telecommunications equipment.

• Installations in telecom towers and shelters.

• Incident management using ticketing tool remotely from the office. (Change/find IP and manage the incident if its solution is programming-related).

• Configuration of RF transmitters.

• Attend customer incidents mainly in Barcelona and Girona, although it may occasionally involve working with a client in Lleida/Tarragona.

• Direct permanent contract with the company.
• Salary based on experience:

€25–27k for profiles with little direct prior experience.

€28–30k for experienced profiles (extendable to €31k if you perfectly meet the profile!).

• Continuous training and professional development opportunities.
• General schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• On-call shifts are performed (keeping the phone available 24/7, Mon-Sun) for 1-2 weeks depending on planning and available staff. The first week is included in the salary, the second week is paid separately. If an on-call intervention is required, whether at a client site or at the office for a programming issue, it is paid separately, and the pay differs if this intervention occurs on a weekend or holiday.
• Great work environment, almost always working in pairs, with constant support from the technical team in the office to resolve questions during client installations.
• If your working day extends beyond 3:30 PM, lunch is covered :D

• Resourceful, organized person with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and customer orientation.
• Technical training: Higher-Level Vocational Training (FP II) in Industrial Electricity or equivalent.
• Knowledge of PLCs / Telecontrol.
• Knowledge of industrial electricity, direct current, rectifiers, UPS systems, and electrical switching systems.
• It will be a plus if you have knowledge of changing/finding IPs for remote work.
• Spoken and written Catalan and Spanish.
• Proficiency in office software (Windows, Office).
• Knowledge of IT, electrical, and/or telecommunications will be valued.
• Availability for immediate incorporation.
• Driving licence B.
• Own vehicle to get to the workplace for on-call shifts or schedules when public transport is not available (company vehicle provided during the working day/operations).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. (Profiles without experience but with a solid technical foundation and willingness to learn will be considered).

• Instalación y mantenimiento de equipos de climatización en casetas y torres.

• Diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias en equipos de telecomunicación.

• Instalaciones en torres de telecom. y casetas.

• Gestión de incidencias mediante herramienta de ticketing en remoto desde la sede. (Cambiar/encontrar IP y gestionar la incidencia si su solución es de programación).

• Configuración de emisoras de RF.

• Acudir a las incidencias de cliente en Barcelona y Girona principalmente, aunque puede darse el caso de trabajar algún cliente puntualmente en Lleida/Tarragona.

• Contrato indefinido directo por empresa.
• Salario según experiencia:

25–27k para perfiles con poca experiencia previa directa.

28–30k para perfiles con experiencia (ampliable a 31k si cumples al dedillo con el perfil!).

• Formación continua y posibilidad de desarrollo profesional.
• Horario general: 7:00 a 15:00
• Se realizan guardias (llevar el teléfono encima 24h operativo L-D) de 1/2 semanas en función de planificación y personal disponible. La primera semana entra en nómina, la segunda se paga a parte. En caso de salida a actuar ya sea a cliente o a la sede para problema de programación, se paga a parte, al igual que se paga diferente si esta salida es en fin de semana o festivo.
• Buen ambiente de trabajo, casi siempre trabajando en pareja y apoyo constante del equipo técnico en oficina para resolución de dudas en instalaciones del cliente.
• Si se alarga tu jornada más allá de las 15:30, se cubre la comida :D

• Persona resolutiva, organizada y con atención al detalle.
• Buenas habilidades comunicativas y orientación al usuario.
• Formación técnica: FP II Eléctrico Industrial o equivalente.
• Conocimientos de PLC’s / Telecontrol.
• Conocimientos de electricidad industrial, corriente continua, rectificadores, onduladores, SAI y sistemas de conmutación eléctrica.
• Será un plus si tienes conocimiento en cambiar/encontrar IPs para trabajos en remoto.
• Catalán y castellano hablado y escrito.
• Dominio de ofimática (Windows, Office).
• Se valorarán conocimientos informáticos, eléctricos y/o de telecomunicaciones.
• Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata.
• Carné de conducir B.
• Vehículo propio para llegar al centro de trabajo en guardias u horarios en los que no hay transporte público (vehículo de empresa durante la jornada/actuaciones).
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en un puesto similar. (Se valoran perfiles sin experiencia pero buena base técnica e interés en aprender).
