Laboratory Technician

We are looking for a Laboratory Operator to work in a company in the chemical sector located in Riudellots de la Selva. The tasks to be carried out are the following:

• Weighing of manufacturing additives.
• Preparation of intermediate solutions for the preparation of formulas.
• Preparation and weighing of the formulations from the program prepared by PLANNING for each given reference, and labeling the packaging intended for it with the relevant observations.
• Weight calculations based on a given formula.
• Mixing work with dosing and preparation of formulas.
• Production of small-sized sheets in a pilot plant for color control of pigment preparations intended for production and for the development of new formulations and samples for clients according to given instructions.
• Labeling of samples of new colors before shipping for their approval.
• Stock control of the products used.
• Cleaning and tidiness of the laboratory equipment and facilities.
• Other functions related to the position.

• Intermediate Vocational Training in Laboratory.

• Spanish and Catalan spoken and written correctly.- English is valued.

Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday in rotating morning and afternoon shifts between 08:00h and 17:00h with the breaks established by law.

Laboratory technician

• Minimum experience of six months as a Laboratory Operator.- We are looking for a responsible and methodical person.- Residence close to the workplace is valued.

Busquem un/a Operari/a de Laboratori per a treballar en empresa del sector químic situada a Riudellots de la Selva. Les tasques que haurà de realitzar són les següents:

• Pesatge d'additius de fabricació.
• Preparació de dissolucions intermèdies per a la preparació de fórmules.
• Preparació i pesatge de les formulacions del programa preparat per PLANIFICACIÓ per a cada referència donada, i etiquetar l'embalatge destinat a ella amb les observacions pertinents.
• Càlculs de pesos a partir d'una fórmula donada.
• Treballs de barrejat amb dosatge i preparació de fórmules.
• Realització de planxes de petita grandària en planta pilot per al control de color de preparacions pigmentàries destinades a la producció i per al desenvolupament de noves formulacions i mostres per a clients/as segons indicacions donades.
• Etiquetatge de les mostres de nous colors abans de l'enviament per a la seva aprovació.
• Control d'estoc dels productes utilitzats.
• Neteja i ordre de l'equipament i instal·lacions del laboratori.
• Altres funcions relacionades amb el lloc de treball.

• GM en Laboratori.

• Castellà i català parlat i escrit correctament.- Valorable anglès.

Jornada completa de 40 hores setmanals entre dilluns i divendres en torn rotatiu de matí i tarda en horari entre 08:00h i 17:00h amb els descansos establerts per llei.

Tècnic/a de laboratori

• Experiència mínima de sis mesos com a Operari/a de Laboratori.- Busquem a una persona responsable i metòdica.- Valorable residència pròxima al lloc de treball.
