Building Maintenance Technician

• Experience in maintenance.- Basic knowledge of Plumbing, Carpentry, Masonry, Electrical work, among others.- Skill in the use of tools.- Must have RITE certification or a low-voltage installer license.- Residency near the workplace is valued.

Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Maintenance or similar.

Spanish - Native.

At Eurofirms, we need to hire a Building Maintenance Technician to work for a company in the electrical sector located in Bilbao. The tasks to be performed are the following:

• Use of hand tools.
• Maintenance in Electrical, Plumbing, and Masonry work.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Carrying out small carpentry tasks.
• Detection and repair of faults.
• Preparing reports.
• Among other duties inherent to the position.

- Experiencia en mantenimiento.- Conocimiento básicos de Fontanería, Carpintería, Albañilería, Electricidad entre otros.- Habilidad en el uso de herramientas.- Debe tener RITE o carné instalador BT.- Valorable residencia cercana al puesto de trabajo.

GM o GS de Mantenimiento o similar.
