The Climate Change & Sustainability Services (CCaSS) area helps companies respond to some of today's main sustainability challenges. As an Environmental Sustainability Consultant, you will have the opportunity to get involved in developing environmental sustainability solutions connected to the business, with a focus on nature, water management, biodiversity, climate change, and environmental risks, combining regulatory analysis, analytical capacity, use of digital tools, information structuring, and preparation of executive deliverables aimed at generating actionable results.

Your main duties:

  • Support for environmental sustainability and ESG transformation projects, from analysis to preparation of deliverables.
  • Analysis of qualitative and quantitative information related to climate, carbon, biodiversity, and environmental risks, identifying key insights.
  • Calculation and analysis of organizational and/or product carbon footprint.
  • Support for climate and environmental risk analysis (TCFD, TNFD).
  • Contribution to double materiality processes, integrating environmental variables.
  • Participation in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals with an executive focus.
  • Support for reporting and verification projects (CSRD/ESRS), ensuring traceability and technical consistency.
  • Support for designing decarbonization strategies and Net Zero roadmaps aligned with standards such as SBTi.
  • Contribution to integrating environmental and climate risks into clients' decision-making, reporting, and strategic planning processes.
  • Participation in life cycle assessment (LCA) studies and environmental impact analysis.
  • Work with analysis, modeling, and data visualization tools.
  • Participation in workshops, interviews, and client working dynamics.
  • Transforming technical analyses into actionable recommendations connected to the business.
  • Support for developing assets, methodologies, and internal knowledge (climate, nature, and risks).

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Energy, or Environmental), Environmental Sciences, Biology, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related qualifications with a specialization in environmental matters.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • B2 level English proficiency.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sustainability consulting, engineering, data analysis or environments with an environmental component.
