What you'll do

Your main duties:

  • Execution of environmental sustainability projects and ESG transformation, from technical analysis to the preparation of deliverables.
  • Integration of environmental and nature-related risks into decision-making processes, reporting and strategic planning.
  • Assessment of nature-related dependencies, impacts, risks and opportunities (LEAP approach, TNFD).
  • Calculation and analysis of water footprint.
  • Contribution to double materiality analysis processes, with integration of environmental and nature variables.
  • Support for reporting and assurance projects (CSRD/ESRS), ensuring methodological coherence and technical traceability.
  • Development of life cycle assessment (LCA) studies and environmental impact analysis.
  • Use of analysis, modelling and data visualisation tools.
  • Participation in workshops and client interaction, translating technical analyses into actionable recommendations.
  • Contribution to the development of methodologies and internal knowledge in nature and environmental risks.

What we're looking for

  • Degree: Engineering (chemical, environmental, industrial), Environmental Sciences, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Business Administration or related degrees with a specialisation in environmental matters.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Sustainability Consulting, Environment, Engineering, Data Analysis.
  • English level: Advanced.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Nice to have

  • Postgraduate/Master's degree: desirable in sustainability, environment, biodiversity, data analytics or digital transformation.
  • Desirable training in digital tools / applied AI.
  • Desirable knowledge of environmental sustainability and ESG frameworks: especially CSRD / ESRS (E1, E2, E3, E4 and E5).
  • Technical knowledge:
    • Frameworks: TNFD/TCFD, CDP.
    • Ability to analyse: nature-related dependencies, impacts, risks and opportunities.
    • Experience or knowledge of: LCA and natural capital / LEAP.
    • EU environmental regulation (water management, biodiversity, EUDR).
    • GIS / spatial analysis.
    • Environmental impact assessment (EIA) or equivalent analyses.
  • Command of ESG tools and environmental modelling tools.
  • Structured documentation and traceability skills.
  • Analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
