Your main duties:

• Execution of environmental sustainability projects and ESG transformation, from technical analysis to the preparation of deliverables.
• Integration of environmental and nature-related risks into decision-making processes, reporting and strategic planning.
• Assessment of nature-related dependencies, impacts, risks and opportunities (LEAP approach, TNFD).
• Calculation and analysis of water footprint.
• Contribution to double materiality analysis processes, with integration of environmental and nature variables.
• Support for reporting and assurance projects (CSRD/ESRS), ensuring methodological coherence and technical traceability.
• Development of life cycle assessment (LCA) studies and environmental impact analysis.
• Use of analysis, modelling and data visualisation tools.
• Participation in workshops and client interaction, translating technical analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Contribution to the development of methodologies and internal knowledge in nature and environmental risks.

• Degree: Engineering (chemical, environmental, industrial), Environmental Sciences, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Business Administration or related degrees with a specialisation in environmental matters.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Sustainability Consulting, Environment, Engineering, Data Analysis.
• English level: Advanced.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

• Postgraduate/Master's degree: desirable in sustainability, environment, biodiversity, data analytics or digital transformation.
• Desirable training in digital tools / applied AI.
• Desirable knowledge of environmental sustainability and ESG frameworks: especially CSRD / ESRS (E1, E2, E3, E4 and E5).
• Technical knowledge:
• • Frameworks: TNFD/TCFD, CDP.
  • Ability to analyse: nature-related dependencies, impacts, risks and opportunities.
  • Experience or knowledge of: LCA and natural capital / LEAP.
  • EU environmental regulation (water management, biodiversity, EUDR).
  • GIS / spatial analysis.
  • Environmental impact assessment (EIA) or equivalent analyses.
• Command of ESG tools and environmental modelling tools.
• Structured documentation and traceability skills.
• Analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.

The Climate Change & Sustainability Services (CCaSS) area helps companies respond to some of the main challenges currently facing sustainability. Tus funciones principales:

• Ejecución de proyectos de sostenibilidad ambiental y transformación ESG, desde el análisis técnico hasta la preparación de entregables.
• Integración de riesgos ambientales y de naturaleza en procesos de decisión, reporting y planificación estratégica.
• Evaluación de dependencias, impactos, riesgos y oportunidades relacionados con la naturaleza (enfoque LEAP, TNFD).
• Cálculo y análisis de huella hídrica.
• Contribución a procesos de análisis de doble materialidad, con integración de variables ambientales y de naturaleza.
• Soporte en proyectos de reporting y verificación (CSRD/ESRS), asegurando coherencia metodológica y trazabilidad técnica.
• Desarrollo de estudios de ciclo de vida (LCA/ACV) y análisis de impacto ambiental.
• Uso de herramientas de análisis, modelización y visualización de datos.
• Participación en workshops e interacción con cliente, trasladando análisis técnicos a recomendaciones accionables.
• Contribución al desarrollo de metodologías y conocimiento interno en naturaleza y riesgos ambientales.

• Grado: Ingeniería (química, ambiental, industrial), Ciencias Ambientales, Biología, Física, Química, Matemáticas, ADE o titulaciones afines con especialización en materias ambientales.
• Contar con 1 a 3 años de experiencia en Consultoría de sostenibilidad, Medio Ambiente, Ingeniería, Análisis de Datos.
• Nivel de inglés: Alto.
• Dominio alto/avanzado en Excel, PowerPoint y Power BI.

• Posgrado/Master: valorable máster en sostenibilidad, medio ambiente, biodiversidad, analítica de datos o transformación digital.
• Valorable formación en Herramientas digitales / IA aplicada.
• Valorable conocimientos en sostenibilidad ambiental y marcos ESG: especialmente CSRD / ESRS (E1, E2, E3, E4 y E5).
• Conocimiento técnicos:
• • Estándares: TNFD/TCFD, CDP.
  • Capacidad para analizar: dependencias, Impactos, Riesgos y Oportunidades relacionadas con la naturaleza.
  • Experiencia o conocimiento en: LCA/ACV y Análisis de capital natural / LEAP.
  • Regulación ambiental UE (gestión del água, biodiversidad, deforestación EUDR).
  • GIS / análisis espacial.
