The opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service to participate in the design, implementation, and evolution of field service management solutions, aimed at improving operational efficiency, resource scheduling, and customer experience.

The selected candidate will act as a functional and/or technical reference in complex Dynamics 365 projects, working closely with business teams, IT, and other technical profiles to define scalable solutions, aligned with Microsoft best practices and the client's strategic objectives.

What you'll do

  • Main responsibilities
    • Lead the functional and/or technical design of solutions based on Dynamics 365 Field Service.
    • Analyze and model field service processes: work orders, scheduling and technician routing, assets, contracts, SLAs, and mobility.
    • Lead and participate in workshops for requirements gathering and defining AS-IS / TO-BE models.
    • Configure and parameterize Dynamics 365 (Field Service and integrations with other CE modules).
    • Collaborate on the design and implementation of integrations with external systems (ERP, legacy systems, IoT, third-party platforms).
    • Design solutions supported by Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure services.
    • Ensure the application of best practices in terms of quality, security, performance, and scalability.
    • Coordinate with project managers, developers, and other consultants on end-to-end projects.
    • Provide support during testing phases, UAT, key user training, and deployments.
    • Act as an expert advisor, proposing continuous improvements and the functional evolution of the platform.

What we're looking for

  • Requirements:
    • Solid experience (typically more than 5 years) in projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a primary focus on Field Service.
    • Deep knowledge of field service processes and after-sales operations.
    • Experience in end-to-end implementation projects.
    • Knowledge of Power Platform and the Microsoft ecosystem.
    • Experience with integrations and architectures based on Azure.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical profiles.

Nice to have

    • Experience in international environments or highly complex projects.
