At Faster Empleo we are looking for a Computer Technician for an important reference company in Solutions and IT Services located in Zaragoza

Functions:

• Management of on-site and remote software installations and incidents.
• Equipment relocation.
• Hardware incidents.
• Phone support for technicians.
• Equipment setup.
• Videoconference support.

Academic training:

• Higher Level Training Cycle in IT or Telecommunications.

Required knowledge

• Basic knowledge of office software.
• Ticketing tools
• Knowledge of SCCM
• Microsoft MCP Certification
• Active Directory

Valuable knowledge

• Salary: €9.61/hour (€1574/month)
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:45 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00, and Fridays from 08:00 to 15:00 (40h/week).
• Contract until the end of September with the option to continue.

Funciones:

• Gestión de instalación e incidencias de software in situ y en remoto.
• Traslados de equipos.
• Incidencias HW.
• Atención telefónica para soporte a técnicos.
• Maquetación de equipos.
• Soporte a videoconferencias

Formación académica:

• Ciclo Formativo Superior en Informática o Telecomunicaciones

Conocimientos imprescindibles

• Conocimientos básicos de Ofimática
• Herramientas de ticketing
• Conocimientos de SCCM
• Certificación Microsoft MCP
• Active director

Conocimientos Valorable

• Salario: 9.61€ b/h (1574€ b/m)
• Horario de Lunes a Jueves 08:45 a 14:00 y de 15:00 a 18:00 y lo viernes 08:00 a 15:00 (40h/s)
• Contrato hasta finales de Septiembre con opcion de poder continuar
