Responsibilities

Flexicar, the leading company in the automotive sector with more than 180 dealerships dedicated to the purchase and sale of vehicles.

Due to the national expansion of the business, we are looking for professionals from the automotive market,
With experience in:

-Monitoring and controlling the operational status of after-sales and logistics managers across the dealership network.
-Detecting needs, alerts, and incidents per point of sale and escalating them to management.
-Administrative management with collaborating workshops: case tracking, payments, invoices, incidents, requests for information...
-Conducting supplier prospecting.
-Maintaining an updated database of managers and network status.
-Preparing monitoring reports and KPIs.
-Providing administrative support to the management team.

Requirements

-Experience in dealership administration, workshop reception, or after-sales management in a VO (Used Vehicle) environment.
-Knowledge of the operational cycle of a used vehicle dealership.
-Organized and methodical profile with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
-Proficiency in office automation tools.
-Clear, professional, and decisive communication.
-Autonomy and judgment to prioritize without constant supervision.
