About the role

From Gi Group, we are selecting a Delegation Coordinator in Daganzo de Arriba.

Your mission will be to coordinate the operations of the delegation and the workshop: planning of work, customer service, and efficient management of machinery, spare parts, and personnel, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will provide support and substitute for the Delegation Manager when necessary.

What you'll do

  • Customer service: counter order management, technical advice, preparation of budgets and rental contracts.
  • Workshop: planning and scheduling of jobs, cost and productivity control, machine delivery/reception, organization of transport and spare parts orders, order and cleanliness of facilities.
  • Coordination: implementation of organizational initiatives, analysis of breakdowns and improvement of machinery reliability, updating of the "Fleet Planner" and support in managing workshop staff schedules.

REQUIREMENTS
