The person in this position will be responsible for:

  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment installed at customer sites.
  • Diagnosing faults and identifying the root causes of technical issues.

  • Carrying out the installation, configuration, and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Preparing technical intervention reports and recording all activities in corporate tools.

What we're looking for

Education & certifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education Level:

  • Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training (FP) in Computer Systems, Electronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Windows and mobile devices is required.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and hardware repair in the field of ATMs, recyclers, dispensers, etc., will be valued.
  • Experience in the retail sector and with cash handling devices will be valued.
  • Basic technical English and native Spanish.
  • Training in occupational risk prevention will be valued.
