What you'll do


Main responsibilities

Manage the smooth daily operation of facilities (offices, warehouses, equipment, and general services), identifying maintenance needs and logging corresponding incidents through established channels.

Follow up on incidents to completion, coordinating with internal and external suppliers until resolution and closure.

Keep incident, action, budget, and supplier records up to date.

Verify the quality and compliance with deadlines of the work performed.

Prepare and deliver all documentation for the "On Boarding Program" to new hires, including training manuals and information related to occupational health and safety (PRL).

Coordinate with the occupational health surveillance service and workers the initial and annual periodic medical examinations of the company (Article 22 of Law 31/1995 on PRL).

Monitor, collect, and file workers' medical fitness certificates.

Manage the control, inventory, and supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) needed for field service engineers (FSE), including associated documentation in accordance with Art. 17 of Law 31/1995 on PRL.

Carry out periodic checks on the condition of PPE and retain the documentary evidence required by current regulations.

Supply PPE and manage the documentation generated in the process.

Monitor the PRL training courses that workers must complete through the Glory Academy for later filing or use on clients' CAE platforms.

Register new users on clients' CAE platforms to comply with the legal obligation regarding coordination of business activities (Royal Decree 171/2004).

Keep the various platforms updated daily to ensure that the FSE can access client facilities to provide the required service.

Prepare and adapt the different documentation templates for the CAE platforms and send them to each worker and director for signature.

Collect all documentation required on each of the clients' CAE platforms:

Monthly Social Security contribution certificates.

Tax Agency certificate of no outstanding debts, issued semiannually or annually.

Certificate of employment contract and validity of the company's civil liability policy, issued annually.

Monthly TC1, TC2, and ITA forms.

Other certificates required by the client (payroll payments, non-mandatory nature of the Workers' Compensation Insurance, etc.).

Assessment and planning of workplace risks.

Specific worker documentation: training and information certificates, PPE delivery records, medical fitness certificates, among others.
