About the role

From Grupo CRIT we are selecting a Facilities Maintenance Manager to join an important company in the industrial sector.

  • Ensure the availability, reliability, and safety of general facilities and industrial equipment, through the planning, coordination, and optimization of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with established technical, regulatory, quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

What you'll do

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of general facilities.
  • Analyze and diagnose breakdowns and technical incidents, defining corrective and preventive actions.
  • Manage suppliers and subcontracting companies, coordinating the execution of maintenance work.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and propose technical modifications aimed at increasing the reliability and useful life of facilities.
  • Manage tenders, budgets, and investments related to the maintenance area.
  • Monitor orders, deadlines, and associated technical documentation.
  • Supervise consumption and supply levels (water, fuels, chemicals, etc.), proposing optimization actions.
  • Control facility operating parameters to ensure energy efficiency and regulatory compliance.

  • Experience in managing and improving maintenance plans.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software for interpreting plans.
  • Experience with incident control systems, parameter monitoring, and document management.
  • Knowledge of low-voltage electrical installations, HVAC, compressed air, steam, water, fuels, fire protection, boilers, and water treatment.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and occupational risk prevention.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret technical data.

Education & certifications

  • Industrial Engineering, Technical Industrial Engineering, or similar qualification.
  • Postgraduate training in industrial facilities, industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or related specialties is valued.
