  Rotation of morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Sunday, with breaks established by law. 7:45 hour shifts.

🚀 Your mission in this position

You will be a fundamental part of the production team, ensuring that every manufactured piece meets quality standards. Your attention to detail and responsibility will make it possible for the plant to operate efficiently, safely, and cleanly.

• You will control and feed the machines in the production process.

• You will support reference changes, machinery preparation, and quality control.

• You will perform packing tasks, part recovery, and maintain order and cleanliness according to the 5S methodology.

🧩 What will make you successful in this position

• Technical training in manufacturing, maintenance, or electricity
  A vocational training degree (FP II) will allow you to adapt quickly to the processes and machines of the industrial environment.

• Valid TPM certification
  Essential to be able to work from day one in a safe environment and in compliance with regulations.

• Previous experience as a production operator
  If you have worked at least 1 year in industrial environments, you will feel comfortable from the start and bring pace to the team.

• Full and immediate availability
  Flexibility to start now and adapt to rotating shifts is key to taking advantage of this opportunity.
