You will be a key part of the production team, ensuring that every manufactured part meets quality standards. Your attention to detail and responsibility will help the plant run efficiently, safely, and cleanly.

• You will operate and feed the machines in the production process.

• You will support changeovers, machine setup, and quality control.

• You will carry out packaging tasks, part recovery, and maintain order and cleanliness according to the 5S methodology.

• Competitive hourly wage + bonus
  €10.96/hour gross + €2.03/hour night shift + €1.09/hour production bonus + productivity bonus.

• Organized shifts with regulated rest periods
  Rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Sunday, with rest periods established by law. Shifts of 7:45 hours.

  Job stability over several months in a solid company in the sector.

• Technical training in manufacturing, maintenance, or electrical work
  A vocational qualification (FP II) will help you adapt quickly to the processes and machines in the industrial environment.

• Having TPM in place
  Essential for working safely from day one and complying with regulations.

• Previous experience as a production operator
  If you have worked at least 1 year in industrial environments, you will feel comfortable from the start and bring pace to the team.

• Controlarás y alimentarás las máquinas del proceso productivo.

• Apoyarás en cambios de referencia, preparación de maquinaria y control de calidad.

• Realizarás tareas de embalado, recuperación de piezas y mantenimiento del orden y limpieza según la metodología 5S.

• Salario competitivo por hora + prima
  10,96€/hora bruta + 2,03€/hora nocturna + plus de producción de 1,09 hora+ prima por productividad.

• Turnos organizados con descansos regulados
  Rotación de mañana, tarde y noche de lunes a domingo, con los descansos establecidos por ley. Jornadas de 7:45.

• Contrato temporal por campaña 
  Estabilidad laboral durante varios meses en una empresa sólida del sector.

• Experiencia real en entorno industrial puntero

• Formación técnica en fabricación, mantenimiento o electricidad

• Experiencia previa como operario/a de producción
