What does our ideal candidate look like?

A proactive candidate with a strong desire to learn at one of Spain's largest technology companies.

A final-year student of Psychology, Business Administration, Law or a degree related to the position.

Knowledge and experience with HR best practices.

Results-oriented people.

Detail-oriented.

A good level of English will be positively valued, and knowledge of Portuguese and/or Italian is a plus.

At idealista we are looking for an intern who wants to learn in our People & Talent team, who is committed and eager to drive projects forward in a large team made up of more than 15 companies in Spain, Italy and Portugal!

In fact, thanks to all our idealistas, our numbers have kept growing over these 25 years and we now have a presence in 3 countries, users all over the world and more than 200 million visits a month, generating the largest real estate traffic in Europe.

At idealista we do not believe in structures or organisational charts that treat people as "little boxes". We believe in integrating teams into diverse groups that are strongly cohesive and interconnected, based on responsibility and teamwork.

We currently have offices in three European countries: Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, Zaragoza and Elche), Italy (Milan, Rome, Treviso and Monteprandone) and Portugal (Lisbon, Porto and Aveiro), although we have idealistas in many other locations in these countries.
