About the role

We are Grupo SIFU, a Special Employment Centre with a social initiative providing Facility Services. Mission: The selected person will be responsible for the comprehensive management of Occupational Risk Prevention at the Valencia office, with an operational role and support to the HR department.

     Responsibilities:

  • Advise managers, middle managers and management on matters of occupational risk prevention.
  • Carry out field inspections, internal audits and visits to centres and clients.
  • Manage internal and external preventive documentation (certifications, access to client facilities, etc.).
  • Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, define corrective measures and carry out their follow-up.
  • Prepare risk assessments, safety plans, procedures and safe work instructions.
  • Develop, implement and monitor action plans in matters of health and safety.
  • Report indicators, accident rates and results to the corresponding corporate service.
