We are looking for professionals with experience in telephone customer service, patient orientation, and the ability to work in dynamic environments, handling high-demand situations with professionalism, empathy, and a service mindset.

What you'll do

What will your duties be?

  • Telephone assistance for international patients.
  • Coordination of home medical services.
  • Referral and coordination with medical centers.
  • Registration, follow-up, and updating of cases in internal applications.
  • Application of protocols and procedures established by the department.
