Distribution Specialist

We are looking for a Distribution Specialist who will be responsible for managing distributions and optimizing Stock to ensure product availability at points of sale and guarantee commercial results 🔝. In more detail, you will have a triple role:

• Analyzer. You will have the analytical vision of what is happening in our sales. You will perform the commercial analysis of the product based on different variables (product, store, country, etc.) to gain a real perspective on product performance. 

• Organizer. Based on that analysis, you will participate in the initial stock allocation, and also you will be responsible for taking the appropriate actions on our stock to organize it with greater efficiency and product utilization, thus facilitating the sales process.

• Informer. You will be the liaison with the rest of the departments involved to provide feedback and propose improvement strategies to ensure continuous improvement.

• Education is not critical, but we will highly value higher education 📈 in Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, etc.

• You will need previous experience in distribution of at least two years. 📦 

• Regarding tools, you should be very proficient in Excel and have experience with an ERP. 👨‍💻

• English is a must! We are an international company with stores abroad.

• And finally, to succeed in this role, you must be an organized and highly analytical person, with strong communication skills to convey information at all times, a great team player, and a huge desire to contribute and grow 🚀

Buscamos al Técnico/a de Distribución que se encargue de realizar las distribuciones y optimizar el Stock para garantizar la disponibilidad de producto en los puntos de venta y garantizar resultados comerciales 🔝. Hablando en mayor detalle, tendrás un triple rol:

• Analyzer. Tendrás la visión analítica de lo que está sucediendo en nuestras ventas. Realizarás el análisis comercial del producto en base a diferentes variables (producto, tienda, país, etc), para tener una perspectiva real del performance del producto. 

• Organizer. A partir de ese análisis, participarás en la asignación inicial de stocks, y además te encargarás de realizar las acciones oportunas en nuestros stocks para organizarlos con una mayor eficiencia y aprovechamiento del producto, y facilitar así el proceso de venta.

• Informer. Serás enlace del resto de departamentos implicados para dar feedback y proponer estrategias de mejora para garantizar la mejora continua.

• La formación no es crítica, pero si valoraremos muy positivamente formación superior 📈 en ADE, Estadística, Ingeniería, etc.

• Necesitarás experiencia previa en distribución de, al menos, dos años. 📦 

• En cuanto herramientas, deberás moverte como pez en el agua en Excel, y tener experiencia en algún ERP. 👨‍💻

• English is a must! somos una empresa internacional con tiendas en el extranjero.
