We are looking for a PM & IT Director to lead HOFF's strategic projects and ensure the company's strategy translates into real execution, also driving technological evolution and the continuous improvement of our processes.

Your mission will be to become the engine of the company: prioritizing initiatives alongside the CEO and the Committee, ensuring every project has a plan, an owner, and a clear direction, and leading the IT area so that technology supports business growth in a secure, scalable, and efficient way.

What will you have to do once you're here?: 👇 👇

• Lead the company's strategic project portfolio, ensuring each initiative has a clear objective, plan, and owner.

• Prioritize with the CEO and the Management Committee which initiatives should move forward first, based on their business impact.

• Define work plans, owners, milestones, and KPIs for each project to measure real progress.

• Track execution weekly, detecting deviations early and proposing course corrections.

• Identify risks and unblock dependencies between departments that could slow down a project.

• Ensure decisions made by the Committee translate into concrete actions, with follow-up and tangible results.

IT

• Define HOFF's technology roadmap, aligned with business priorities and company growth.

• Lead the evolution of key platforms (ERP, CRM, BI) and drive automation and the integration of AI into processes.

• Promote data governance, ensuring information is managed reliably and accessibly for the business.

• Oversee company cybersecurity, anticipating risks and strengthening the protection of systems and data.

• Manage relationships with technology vendors and the IT budget, seeking the best balance between cost, quality, and value delivered.

• Define the company's technology architecture, without getting into the day-to-day of technical support.

• Lead and develop the IT team, being their reference point and ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the business.

• Improve the company's end-to-end processes, focusing on the experience of both internal and external customers.

• Reduce organizational complexity, simplifying workflows and eliminating unnecessary steps.

• Eliminate manual tasks wherever automation can bring more efficiency and fewer errors.

• Promote a culture of automation and continuous improvement across all areas of the company.

• Document critical processes, ensuring knowledge is preserved beyond the people involved.

• +8 years of experience leading PM, IT, and/or Transformation areas, ideally combining strategic project execution with responsibility over technology. Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or similar. A postgraduate degree or MBA is highly valued.

• Strategic profile, with business vision, analytical skills, and a strong results and execution orientation.

• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing senior stakeholders (CEO, Management Committee).

• Knowledge and experience in IT environments (ERP, CRM, BI) and in process improvement and automation projects.

• Experience in Retail, Fashion, or eCommerce is highly valued, as well as in companies in a growth or international expansion phase.

• We are an international brand, so an advanced level of English (C1 or above) is essential.

Buscamos un/a PMO & IT Director que lidere el portfolio de proyectos estratégicos de HOFF y garantice que la estrategia de la compañía se traduce en ejecución real, impulsando además la evolución tecnológica y la mejora continua de nuestros procesos.

Tu misión será convertirte en el motor de ejecución de la compañía: priorizando iniciativas junto al CEO y al Comité, asegurando que cada proyecto tiene un plan, un responsable y un rumbo claro, y liderando el área de IT para que la tecnología acompañe el crecimiento del negocio de forma segura, escalable y eficiente.

¿Qué tendrás que hacer cuando estés aquí?: 👇 👇

• Liderar el portfolio de proyectos estratégicos de la compañía, asegurando que cada iniciativa tiene un objetivo, un plan y un dueño claro.

• Priorizar junto al CEO y el Comité de Dirección qué iniciativas deben avanzar primero, en función de su impacto en el negocio.

• Definir para cada proyecto los planes de trabajo, responsables, hitos y KPIs que permitan medir su avance real.

• Hacer seguimiento semanal de la ejecución, detectando desviaciones a tiempo y proponiendo correcciones de rumbo.

• Identificar riesgos y desbloquear las dependencias entre áreas que puedan frenar un proyecto.

• Garantizar que las decisiones tomadas en Comité se traducen en acciones concretas, con seguimiento y resultados tangible

IT

• Definir el roadmap tecnológico de HOFF, alineado con las prioridades de negocio y el crecimiento de la compañía.

• Liderar la evolución de las plataformas clave (ERP, CRM, BI) e impulsar la automatización y la incorporación de IA en los procesos.

• Impulsar el gobierno del dato, garantizando que la información se gestiona de forma fiable y accesible para el negocio.

• Velar por la ciberseguridad de la compañía, anticipando riesgos y reforzando la protección de sistemas y datos.

• Gestionar la relación con proveedores tecnológicos y el presupuesto de IT, buscando el mejor equilibrio entre coste, calidad y valor aportado.

• Definir la arquitectura tecnológica de la compañía, sin entrar en el día a día del soporte técnico.

• Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de IT, siendo su referente y asegurando que el área da el mejor servicio posible al negocio.

• Mejorar los procesos end-to-end de la compañía, con foco en la experiencia del cliente interno y externo.

• Reducir la complejidad organizativa, simplificando flujos de trabajo y eliminando pasos innecesarios.

• Eliminar tareas manuales allí donde la automatización pueda aportar más eficiencia y menos margen de error.

• Impulsar una cultura de automatización y mejora continua en todas las áreas de la compañía.

• Documentar los procesos críticos, asegurando que el conocimiento queda protegido más allá de las personas.

• +8 años de experiencia liderando áreas de PMO, IT y/o Transformación, idealmente combinando ejecución de proyectos estratégicos con responsabilidad sobre tecnología. Formación en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, ADE o similar. Posgrado o MBA muy valorable.

• Perfil estratégico, con visión de negocio, capacidad analítica y fuerte orientación a resultados y ejecución.

• Experiencia liderando proyectos transversales y gestionando stakeholders senior (CEO, Comité de Dirección).

• Conocimiento y experiencia en entornos IT (ERP, CRM, BI) y en proyectos de mejora de procesos y automatización.

• Muy valorable experiencia en Retail, Moda o eCommerce, y en compañías en fase de crecimiento o escalado internacional.

• Somos una marca internacional, por lo que es imprescindible contar con un nivel de inglés C1 o superior.
