What you'll do day to day

Load and unload goods from trucks, check their correct condition, and verify the corresponding delivery notes to avoid potential errors.

Make merchandise available to customers at its corresponding point of sale in the store, as well as return merchandise to the warehouse when it is no longer needed at the point of sale, in order to ensure merchandise stock at the point of sale.

Create space for merchandise, prepare the layouts that facilitate the replenishment process, and properly place products in the store's accessories area, in order to make replenishment tasks easier.

Place abandoned products from various points of the store back in their selling location and remove cardboard after replenishment.

Be available to help colleagues in the department and other store areas when necessary (order preparation, stock control, inventory…).

You commit to all IKEA rules and requirements regarding health, safety, and security, and you actively help prevent any incident involving colleagues, customers, equipment, or facilities.

Actively promote IKEA's social and environmental commitment, working with the team on this mission.

- Ability and adaptability to work in dynamic and changing environments

- Proficiency in using IT tools (Office 365…)

- Ability to work in a team with other departments efficiently and proactively.

- A forklift license is a plus

- Experience in the logistics area is a plus

- Experience with shrink-wrap machines and forklifts is a plus

Qué harás día a día

Cargar y descargar las mercancías de los camiones, comprobar su correcto estado, y chequear los correspondientes albaranes para evitar posibles errores.

Poner la mercancía a disposición de clientes en su correspondiente punto de venta en la tienda, así como realizar las devoluciones de mercancía al almacén en caso de que no sea necesaria en el punto de venta, con el objetivo de garantizar el stock de mercancía en el punto de ventas-

Realizar los huecos para la mercancía, elaborar los planos que facilitan el proceso de reposición y colocar adecuadamente los productos del área de complementos de la tienda, con el fin de facilitar las tareas de reposición.

Colocar en su lugar de venta, los productos abandonados en distintos puntos de la tienda y realizar la retirada de cartón tras la reposición.

Estar disponible para ayudar a los compañeros/as del departamento y otras áreas de la tienda cuando sea necesario (preparación de pedidos, control de stock, inventario…).

Te comprometes con todas las reglas y requisitos de IKEA en materia de salud, seguridad y protección, y ayudas activamente a evitar cualquier incidente en el que puedan verse implicados colaboradores/as, clientes, equipos o instalaciones.
