At Ilunion VidaSénior we are looking to incorporate Telecare Mobile Unit Technicians to join our team, in the Bilbao office, BetiON. We offer:

Your main responsibilities will be:

Responding to the needs of the user, promoting their tranquility and well-being.

Handling crisis situations that arise during the provision of the telecare service, following the established protocol and action guidelines.

Accompanying users until the arrival of family members or emergency services.

Carrying out follow-up visits, checking the user's situation and their home environment, detecting and reporting needs or risk situations, and performing any other actions required to improve the user's well-being.

Performing technical interventions on Telecare Terminals and their various components and devices in users' homes: installations, preventive and corrective maintenance, and removal.

Minimum requirements:
High school diploma (Bachillerato), Vocational Training (FP) degree, or equivalent.
Mandatory high level of Basque (spoken and written).
Basic computer skills (user level).
Immediate availability.

Valid driver's license is essential.

Recommended: Vocational Training qualification (FP2) in Electricity and/or Electronics.

Paid initial training for the position.
Dedicated staff working exclusively for betiON, the Basque Government's Public Telecare Service.
Placement on a hiring pool, with temporary contracts to cover leave, vacations, etc., but with real possibilities of joining the permanent staff.
Annual working hours of 1,612.5 hours

En Ilunion VidaSénior buscamos incorporar Técnicos de unidad móvil de teleasistencia para unirse a nuestro equipo, en la oficina de Bilbao, BetiON. Ofrecemos:

Tus funciones principales serán:

Dar respuesta a las necesidades que plantea la persona usuaria favoreciendo su tranquilidad y bienestar

Afrontar las situaciones de crisis generadas durante la prestación del servicio de teleasistencia siguiendo el protocolo y pautas de actuación establecidas

Acompañar a las personas usuarias hasta la llegada de algún familiar o servicios de urgencia.

Realizar visitas de seguimiento, revisando la situación del usuario y de la vivienda, detectando y notificando necesidades del usuario o situaciones de riesgo y aquellas otras actuaciones que se requieran algún tipo de actuación para mejorar la situación de la persona usuaria.

Realizar intervenciones técnicas con los Terminales de Teleasistencia y sus diferentes componentes y dispositivos en el domicilio de las personas usuarias: instalaciones, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo y retirada.

Requisitos mínimos:
Título Bachiller, FP2 o Técnico Superior o equivalente
Imprescindible Euskera nivel alto hablado y escrito
Ofimática a nivel usuario
Incorporación inmediata

Imprescindible carnet de conducir vigente

Recomendable: Cualificación en FP2 Electricidad y/o electrónica.

Formación inicial para el puesto remunerada.
Personal dedicado a trabajar en exclusiva para betiON, Servicio Público de Teleasistencia del Gobierno Vasco
Incorporación en Bolsa de trabajo, contratación temporal mediante sustitución de bajas, vacaciones, etc. pero con posibilidades reales de incorporación a plantilla fija.
Jornada anual de 1.612,5 horas
