About the role

We are ILUNION VidaSénior, the ILUNION group company that cares for elderly and dependent people. 

We have been dedicated to the social and healthcare sector for more than 30 years through different services: Day Centres, Home Care, Telecare and Nursing Homes for the Elderly. We also invest in new services, such as senior living. 

We are at a time of growth, and we need to add people to our teams who want to contribute to our purpose, caring for and looking after elderly people. 

We are looking for a Social Worker for our Day Centres in Madrid. 

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Full-time position
  • Monday to Friday job
  • Morning shift (10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in Social Work
  • Master's degree or course in the management of social services centres

WE WILL ALSO VALUE

  • Experience in similar positions
  • Disability certificate of 33% or higher
  • Recognised incapacity for another job position
  • Document certifying membership of a vulnerable group

Your main role will be to safeguard the health and well-being of our users, ensuring the correct operation of the centre under your charge, its processes and daily practices.
