Job Objective:

We are looking for a passionate designer to join the Airfoils team and work on the design and development phase of Blades and NGVs for the IPT (Intermediate Pressure Turbine). This is a strategic project in collaboration with the client Rolls Royce.

As a designer, your mission will be to define and develop a product that meets all specifications and requirements, both internal and from the client. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that will allow you to gain a global view of the product design cycle, learn industry standards for engines, oversee the manufacturing process, and evaluate potential deviations in parts, ensuring compliance with acceptance criteria.

Your main responsibilities:

Develop turbine design tasks to achieve a part that meets the established design criteria.

Technically manage design activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines set by the project manager and client requirements.

Prepare accurate and detailed technical schematics, drawings, and reports.

Evaluate and assess parts that present deviations from the original drawing, proposing effective solutions.
