Position reporting to
Head of MRO & ASSEMBLY Quality

Objective
Development and maintenance of the MRO quality system and approvals.

Main Functions and Responsibilities
Ensure continuous compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (EASA Part-145, FAA, UK CAA, or others), as well as internal procedures of the Quality Management System, ensuring airworthiness, operational safety, and continuous improvement of the organization.
1. Quality System Management
Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with applicable regulations (EASA Part-145 / MOE).
Ensure correct implementation and compliance with internal procedures.
Participate in the review and approval of system documentation (MOE, procedures, work instructions).
Monitor regulatory changes (EASA, FAA, etc.) and evaluate their impact.
Support the management of organizational approvals and certifications.
2. Audits
Plan and execute internal audits according to the annual program.
Participate in external audits (authorities, customers, certifiers).
3. Non-Conformance Management
Record, analyze, and manage non-conformities detected in audits, production, or by customers.
Coordinate the definition of corrective/preventive actions.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA).
Ensure timely and effective closure of actions.
Prepare audit reports and follow-up on corrective actions.
Verify the effectiveness of implemented actions.
9. Supplier Management
Participate in the evaluation and approval of suppliers.
Conduct audits of suppliers/subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
