Main Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
• Lead Construction activity in Spain
• Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth
• Collaborate closely with the Project Management team to ensure seamless service integration
Team Development:
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Client and Project Management:
• Manage relationships with high-profile clients and complex construction projects
• Oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and quality parameters
• Implement best practices from the JLL global network
• Develop and refine operational processes and procedures for the construction practice
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and JLL/Tétris global quality criteria
• Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies in project execution
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Project Management team to identify synergies and opportunities for integrated service delivery
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Business Development, Finance, Legal) to support overall business growth
• Act as a bridge between Construction activity and other service lines within Tetris and JLL
Financial Management:
• Develop and manage budgets for the Construction Management practice
• Ensure project profitability
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
Industry Leadership:
• Represent Tetris and JLL at industry events and forums
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, new technologies, and best practices in Construction activity
Risk Management:
• Develop and implement risk management strategies
• Ensure appropriate contract management and dispute resolution processes are in place
• Protect the company's interests while maintaining positive client relationships
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or related fields
• Minimum of 15/20 years of experience in the construction sector
• Deep knowledge of Spanish construction regulations and market practices
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and BIM technology

Liderazgo Estratégico:
• Liderar la actividad de Construcción en España

Desarrollo del Equipo:
• Fomentar una cultura de innovación, colaboración y mejora continua
Gestión de Clientes y Proyectos:

• Supervisar múltiples proyectos desde su inicio hasta su finalización, asegurando la entrega dentro del presupuesto, cronograma y parámetros de calidad
• Implementar las mejores prácticas de la red global de JLL
• Desarrollar y perfeccionar procesos y procedimientos operativos para la práctica en la actividad de construcción

Colaboración Interdepartamental:

Requisitos:
• Titulación en Ingeniería o campos relacionado
