You will be part of the Construction team, participating in the comprehensive management of the site from the execution phase, reporting to the Department Director, ensuring that the highest quality standards are met and collaborating in the achievement of the Company's objectives, performing the following functions:

· Direct relationship with Clients

· Technical visits to properties for data collection.

· Global production management.

· Formalization of budgets.

· You will manage the quality of procedures, as well as the quality of materials and finishes on site.

· Subcontracting management, cost control, planning, and financial closures with clients and suppliers.

· You will collaborate in the request, management, and analysis of offers required from different suppliers, as well as in the analysis of comparisons.

· You will prepare the necessary documentation throughout the project lifecycle: measurements, planning, economic control, minutes, as-built documentation, etc.
