Studies and Bids Technician

We are looking for a person to join the studies and bids department in our Tetris Architecture team.

• Reviewing and collaborating on architecture and facilities projects (office, retail, logistics, hotel)
• Conducting site visits and technical analysis of building facilities; including data collection
• Preparing reports and technical due diligence
• Estimating costs
• Studying tenders/proposals and preparing bids
• Reviewing and comparing supplier and manufacturer quotes
• Preparing measurements and budgets (architecture and facilities)
• Carrying out construction schedules
• Providing technical support for all department projects/works
• Preparing as-built documentation
• Saving costs for the department without compromising quality, while ensuring agility in bid preparation
• Handling applicable regulations and collaborating on the management and processing of permits

• El soporte técnico para todos los proyectos/obras del departamento
• La elaboración de documentación as built
• Ahorro de costes al departamento, sin perder calidad, con agilidad en realización de ofertas
• El manejo de normativa de aplicación y colaboración en la gestión y tramitación de licencias
